Choice
TDC believes that if you are able to choose your actions then you have a Mental Privelage. Many children and adults in the world are unable to make choices; sometimes the easiest because of environment or disabilities. This is a reminder that you chose to participate and should not take it for granted.
Commitment
You either do or do not. That isn't a Star Wars line but Real Truth. If you choose to particpate then you have chosen to commit to your growth and your teammates as well. We can only be Great if we all have the same goals and targets. Both Parents and Athletes should know we are in this together. No Excuses.
Honesty
If we don't have our morals or ethics then nothing we do on and off the field matter. We hold ourselves to the upmost respect for our coaches, teammates and opponents. The process is not only to make you better but to elevate and make your opponents better. Respect is gained not by talking but by Honorable Actions.
Brotherhood
When this is over and and play your last snap. You or your teammate may continue down this path or they will not but the experiences you have committed yourselves to regardless of wins or losses will carry over into your social circles. This is a Brotherhood to create foundations that will always last.

Football Development & Academic Priority!
Committed to providing an experience that is balanced with both offensive and defensive knowledge. Most importantly in Academics. "You can't stand on a football, you have to stand on books" Education comes first and players must maintain a playable GPA to participate in activities.
Athlete Empowerment
Athletes are provided an environment of empowerment. We give the tools and foundation for them to be confident in their playmaking choices for the season and future teams.
Coaches
Our Coaching Staff is filled with over 20 years of coaching in Football that includes Tackle, Flag and 7on7. Established championship seasons and successful experiences in developing athletes. Our Coaches also have a backrgound in creating new businesses that brings a new perspective to our players in sports and in life. TDC also partners with many High School Coaches and Athletic Trainers throughout the Nation.
